Small acts of kindness, Big Waves of Impact
[~3.5 minute read]

Impact Experience:
We are excited to announce that we have confirmed a date for our next Mexico Impact Experience coming in OCTOBER!
Do you want to join 30 other entrepreneurs building a house in Ensenada, Mexico where we are mixing philanthropy, business networking, and self-development?
“Small acts of kindness, big waves of impact”
That is the header of IBelieveInYou’s website
Earlier this year I met an incredible human Braxton Kilgo who told me about his mission with I Believe In You. His goal is to make a measurable change in impact through small acts of kindness.
…My response, “I think we just became best friends”. LOL
This started when Braxton was asked to speak to a middle school and realized after his talk that the kids in that school needed a little more hope.
So he made stickers that said “I Believe In You” for all of them and encouraged each person to share them with someone they thought could use a little positive note.
What was one simple idea has turned that concept into a global movement through bracelets that share positive messages to the world.
Scan the bracelet, add your message of positivity, give the bracelet to someone you think needs to be uplifted. They scan the bracelet, get the message and they continue the wave.
All tracked through an app that lets you follow where your bracelet goes and what people are saying.
SO FRICKEN RAD.
Watch this video about Braxton and you will understand why I get goosebumps hearing about his mission…
I have given away DOZENS of these bracelets and there is nothing I love more than seeing the smile that comes on someones face when they receive it.
The cost is so minimal, but the impact is so huge.
✅ These are the types of people and companies I am getting behind.
✅ This is the type of impact I want to attache my name to.
When I think of ways to do more good in the world, its building companies like these that are impact driven, profitable, and scaleable.
I challenge you today - find or text someone that looks like they need a little positive boost and just let them know that you believe in them…
You’ll be surprised how big of impact it can make.
And if you feel like this mission is something you want to jump on, Braxton and I are planning some really cool events and ways for entrepreneurs to get together around this movement.

→ PS: We are looking for more companies and entrepreneurs like this that we can spotlight, partner with and bring attention to.
If you have any suggestions of companies we could be in touch with, please let me know so that we can start sharing more and more companies that deserve the spotlight.
